This Agreement made as of April 1, 2021 by and among the VNA Health Group of New Jersey, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company hereinafter referred to as the “the Employer”, and JNESO, District Council 1, IUOE, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” and the local component of JNESO, the VNACJ Staff Nurses’ Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.”
