This Agreement in accordance with par. 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is a public offer, full and unconditional acceptance of which, in accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is considered to be the direction of the Author of his materials to the Publisher.
