AGREEMENT ("Agreement") dated January 12, 2021, the date of execution by the City (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between the City of Dublin, a public body corporate and politic ("City"), Brooks Motor Cars, LLC (“Tenant”) and Davis Enterprises, LLC (“Owner”). Owner and Tenant shall be collectively referred to as "Applicant."
