Materials or items provided by Seller may contribute to or be incorporated into the end items of Purchaser (GNF) provided to the U.S. Government. As a result, the following terms and conditions are incorporated in this Subcontract. The Seller shall include in each lower-tier subcontract the appropriate flow-down clauses incorporated by full text and/or by reference in all requests for quotes, proposals, lower tier subcontract awards and purchase orders. Subcontractor or Seller shall comply with the requirements specific to its order.
