Steve Moore, Co-Founder of WatchGuard, to Serve as Interim CEO
Seattle, Washington – December 23, 2003. WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: WGRD), a leading provider of Internet security solutions, today announced the resignation of Jim Cady as President, Chief Executive Officer, and
Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Cady will be leaving WatchGuard. Steve Moore, the former Executive Vice President, as well as a co-founder and current board member, will serve as Interim CEO.
