OF THE SECOND PART
WHEREAS:
Information Xxxxxxx.xxx, Inc. wishes to sell its 100% interest in Xxxxxx
Travel Agency for $125,000 and SMR Investments, Ltd./Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx
agrees to purchase Xxxxxx Travel Agency for $125,000 on the following terms
and conditions:
1. SMR agrees to pay the Bank of Montreal loan for Information Xxxxxxx.xxx,
Inc.
2. SMR agrees to option Xxxxxx Travel Agency back to Information Xxxxxxx.xxx,
Inc. within a 12 month period for the $125,000 effective the date of this
Agreement.
