I have read the ‘Pupil’ section of the ‘Home School Agreement’ and
understand what is expected of me.
I have read and understood the ‘Responsible Use of the Internet’ and know that if I do not obey the rules, I may be stopped from using the school’s
computers and the internet.
HOME SCHOOL AGREEMENT
I/we have read and understood the ‘Parent’ section of the ‘Home School Agreement’ and understand and agree with my/our responsibilities as a
RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE INTERNET
I/we have read and understood the school rules for responsible internet use and give permission for my/our son/daughter to access the internet. I/we understand that the school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that pupils cannot access inappropriate materials. I/we understand that the school cannot be held responsible for the nature or content of materials accessed through the internet. I/we agree that the school is not liable for any
damages arising from use of the internet facilities.

Should you wish to make any changes and a later date, it is your responsibility to inform the school in
I/we consent to the school taking and publishing photographs and/or images of my child for the purpose of promoting or publicising school activities and events during my child time at the school and for those photographs to be
issued for use by the media.
I/we consent to the school using the first name and surname of my child in group photographs or photographs promoting school activities, including through the media.

photographs or photographs promoting school activities, including through the media.
I/we consent to the school using photographs, images and digital recordings of my child on the school website and understand that these images will for educational purposes and that the identity of my child will be protected. I also understand that they will be available on the ‘World Wide Web’ and may
also be used in and distributed by other media, such as CD ROM, as part of the promotional activities of the school.
I/we understand that I should only use any personal photographs and videos that capture images of children other than my own and other adults in an appropriate and responsible manner and am sensitive to and aware of the potential dangers and/or embarrassment of placing such images on personal
websites and other social media.
I/we have read the information on ‘Attendance’ and understand my/our responsibility to ensure that our child attend school regularly and the
procedures for reporting any absence.
I/we have read the information on ‘School Uniform’ and will support the
school in ensuring that my child comes to school dressed correctly.
I give permission for my child to take part in local walks as described in the
‘Home School Booklet’
I give permission for my child to take part in sporting events within school hours at local schools where transportation is not required and the children
will be walked to the venue.
My child is asthmatic and requires an inhaler.

I/we understand that head teachers and staff authorised by them have a statutory power to search pupils or their possessions, without consent, where they have reasonable grounds for suspecting that the pupil may have a prohibited item. I/we understand that the following items are classed as
‘Prohibitive Items’ which must not be brought into school by my child:
knives or weapons
illegal drugs and ‘legal highs’
tobacco, cigarette papers and e-cigarettes
any article that the member of staff reasonably suspects has been, or is likely to be used:
i. to commit an offence
ii. to cause personal injury to, or damage to the property of, any person (including the pupil)
