We are pleased to inform you that InFocus Corporation (“InFocus”) has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with Image Holdings Corporation (“IHC”) and IC Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of IHC (“Purchaser”).
