THIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 30th, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between AI CONTINUUM INC, a Nevada corporation (“Company”), and FARAYA LLC, a [State of Formation] limited liability company (“Developer”).
