Box 2003, 3rd Floor, 720 West Bay Road, Buckingham Square, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands acting through its investment manager, TELEIOS CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC a Swiss limited liability company. (the “Holder”).
