This ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of September 1, 2011 (this “Administration Agreement”), is entered into by and between ENTERGY LOUISIANA, LLC (“ELL”), as administrator (in such capacity, the “Administrator”), and ENTERGY LOUISIANA INVESTMENT RECOVERY FUNDING I, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company (the “Issuer”).
