This Assignment Agreement is dated the 1st day of December, 2010, by and between PENNDEL LAND CO., of P.O. Box 124, Red Lion, PA 17356, hereinafter referred to as “Penndel;” and GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE, INC., of P.O.
