The undersigned, a citizen of the United States, hereby subscribes for the purchase of eight million (8,000,000) shares of the common stock (the “Shares”) Omega Water Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Corporation”), in exchange for his agreement to act as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, of the Corporation, for a term of one year beginning September 1, 2009.

This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to that certain Working Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated October 30, 2009, by and between Nevada Bottling and Beverage Company, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and Omega Water Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), is made this 8th day of September, 2010.
