This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of October 26, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Xiangtian (USA) Air Power Co., Ltd. a Nevada company (the “Company”) and Amy Xue, an individual (the “Executive”).
