McDonald (“SELLER”), as listed on Exhibit A, who is the owner of 100 membership interests of National Leasing & Brokerage LLC (“NLB”), a Nevada Limited Liability Company whose principal office is located at 7365 Carnelion Street, Suite 119, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730-1156.
