To the extent of any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Addendum and the terms and provisions of the Lease, the terms and provisions of this Addendum shall control. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Addendum, all capitalized terms used in this Addendum and defined in the Lease shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Lease.
