This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, effective as of April 1, 2007, among RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, as the depositor (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Depositor"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as trustee and supplemental interest trust trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee" and the "Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee," respectively).
