THIS RECONSTITUTED SERVICING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), entered into as of the 1st day of May, 2006, among DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., a Delaware corporation ("DLJMC"), COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (the "Servicer"), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as master servicer (in such capacity, the "Master Servicer") and trust administrator (in such capacity, the “Trust Administrator”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as trustee under the Pooling Agreement hereinafter referred to (the “Trustee”) recites and provides as follows:
