This Amendment dated September 30, 2020 amends Attachment A to the currently effective Participant Agreements and any amendments thereto (collectively, the “Agreements”), entered into by and among Invesco Capital Management LLC (formerly, Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC) (“Invesco”), each Authorized Participant identified in Schedule A to this Amendment, and one or more of the following entities:

AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AGREEMENT dated and effective as of May 18, 2020 (this “Agreement”) among Invesco DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund, formerly known as PowerShares DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), Invesco Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a registered broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Distributor”), and Invesco Capital Management LLC, formerly known as Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Managing Owner”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Fund’s Prospectus included in its Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-233251), as it may be amended from time-to-time.

In consideration of the acceptance by Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (which, together with its affiliates (“Affiliates”) is referred to as “DBSI” unless otherwise specified herein) of one or more accounts for the undersigned (“Customer”) (all accounts of the Customer with DBSI being collectively referred to as the “Account”), Customer agrees that this Agreement shall govern all dealings between Customer and DBSI relating to transactions that DBSI may execute, clear and/or carry on Customer’s behalf for the purchase or sale of futures contracts (“Futures Contracts”) or options thereon (“Option Contracts”; Futures Contracts and Option Contracts collectively being “Contracts”).

This Agreement amends, restates, and supersedes in its entirety the existing Futures and Options Agreement for Institutional Customers (and any schedules or annexes attached thereto) between DBSI and Customer, dated as of the date set forth next to Customer’s names on Schedule I (the “Prior Futures Agreement”), if any. As of the date hereof, all Contracts (howsoever defined in the Prior Futures Agreement) entered into pursuant to and under the Prior Futures Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, this Agreement, notwithstanding the terms of the Prior Futures Agreement.

This Attachment A to the Participant Agreement (the “Participant Agreement”) supplements the Participant Agreement, the Prospectus and the Trust Agreement (as defined below) with respect to the procedures (the “Procedures”) to be used in processing (1) a creation order for the creation of one or more Baskets (as defined below) (“Creation Order”) of Shares of Invesco DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund (the “Trust”) and a (2) redemption order for the redemption of one or more Baskets (as defined below) (“Redemption Order”) of Shares of the Trust. Shares may be created or redeemed only in blocks of 200,000 Shares (each such block, a “Basket”) for the Trust.
