This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into this 26th day of September, 2007 between DONALD A. MOLL (“Employee”) on one hand, and ROYAL FINANCIAL, INC. and ROYAL SAVINGS BANK (collectively, the “Company”) on the other hand.
