REVOLVING LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT This Revolving Loan and Security Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this date by and between One World Online.com, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Borrower") and Tradeco Corp., a Utah corporation ("Lender"). WHEREAS, the Lender is a stockholder and affiliate of the Borrower and both the Lender and the Borrower believe that it is in their mutual interest to enter into this Agreement.
