This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 17, 2007 by and between Wake Forest Federal Savings & Loan Association, a savings and loan association organized and operating under federal laws of the United States and having an office at 302 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, North Carolina 27588-0707 (“Association”) and Billy B.
