Definition of Rent All costs and expenses which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay to Landlord under this Lease shall be deemed additional rent (which, together with the Base Rent is sometimes referred to as the "Rent"). The Rent shall be paid to the Building manager (or other person) and at such place, as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, without any prior demand therefor and without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America.
Suspension of Rent If the Property is unfit for occupation and use because of damage by an Insured Risk then (save to the extent that payment of the loss of rent insurance moneys is refused due to the act or default of the Tenant) the Principal Rent (or a fair proportion according to the nature and extent of the damage) shall be suspended until the date on which the Property is again fit for occupation and use.

Terms Defined Above As used in this Agreement, each term defined above has the meaning indicated above.

Plan Definitions Except where the context clearly implies or indicates the contrary, a word, term, or phrase used in the Plan is similarly used in this Agreement.
Definitions of Key Terms Relating to Additional Rent As used in this Article 4, the following terms shall have the meanings hereinafter set forth:
Alternate Payment and Notice Provisions Notwithstanding any provision of this Indenture or any of the Notes to the contrary, the Issuer may enter into any agreement with any Holder of a Note providing for a method of payment, or notice by the Indenture Trustee or any Paying Agent to such Holder, that is different from the methods provided for in this Indenture for such payments or notices. The Issuer will furnish to the Indenture Trustee a copy of each such agreement and the Indenture Trustee will cause payments to be made and notices to be given in accordance with such agreements.
Other Definitional and Interpretive Provisions (a) Unless otherwise specified therein, all terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in any Notes or any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto.
Additional Conditions to Revolving Loans If a Revolving Loan is requested, all conditions set forth in Section 2.1 shall have been satisfied.
