Записи. Покупатель однозначно соглашается и признает, что территория Завода-изготовителя содержит Конфиденциальную Информацию и/или Коммерческую Информацию, которая имеет действительную или потенциальную коммерческую ценность в силу неизвестности ее третьим лицам, к которой нет свободного доступа на законном основании третьим лицам, котонные могут извлечь экономическую выгоду от ее раскрытия или использования. Поэтому любая видео-, фото-, аудио и иная другая форма записи на территории Завода-изготовителя запрещена без письменного разрешения надлежаще уполномоченного представителя Продавца. Покупатель однозначно соглашается и признает, что Продавец или любой из его представителей может попросить Покупателя, его аффилированных лиц, представителей, директоров, служащих, работников, любых иных лиц, которым было разрешено посещение Завода-изготовителя по просьбе Покупателя сдать на хранение Товар для осуществления видео-, фото-, аудио и иной другой формы записи перед допуском на территорию Завода-изготовителя и Покупатель, его аффилированные лица, представители, директора, служащие, работники, любые иные лица, которым было разрешено посещение Завода-изготовителя по просьбе Покупателя обязаны выполнять данную просьбу, иначе Продавец вправе запретить посещение территории Завода-изготовителя и во избежание противоречий, несмотря на все то, что предусмотрено в настоящему Соглашении ни при каких обстоятельствах Продавец не будет нести ответственности перед Покупателем за нарушение каких бы то ни было условий настоящего Соглашения, возникшее из-за или связанное с запретом посещения территории Завода-изготовителя. Покупатель однозначно соглашается и признает, что любое нарушение или попытка нарушения указанных выше условий Покупателем, его аффилированными лицами, представителями, директорами, служащими, работниками, любыми иными лицами, которым было разрешено посещение Завода-изготовителя по просьбе Покупателя, причинит непоправимый ущерб Продавцу, что дает право Продавцу получить обеспечительные меры в дополнение ко всем иным правам и средствам возмещения, которые доступны Продавцу по закону. Покупатель обязан компенсировать Продавцу в полном размере все убытки и ущерб, включая, но не ограничиваясь, упущенную выгоду, материальный ущерб, финансовые потери, возникшие из-за нарушения настоящего Соглашения Покупателем, его аффилированными лицами, представителями, директорами, служащими, работниками, любыми иными лицами, которым было разрешено посещение территории Завода-изготови...

Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
