Your Responsibilities relating to the Software Component. You shall (a) use the Software Component only in accordance with the Documentation and applicable laws and government regulations, (b) be responsible and liable for the legality, design, functionality, look-and-feel, support, upgrade and maintenance of any and all aspects of Your App, including without limitation the integration of the Software Component, according to any Scope or other usage or integration requirements provided by Us, (c) You shall not share the License Key(s), the Software Component, or any of its parts with any third party for any reason except to Service Providers and/or Affiliates, where applicable, in accordance with Section 4.1, (d) use a separate License Key for each of Your Apps, (e) include Our most recent scan screen as provided by Us in all versions of Your App and on all supported Platforms at all times in accordance with Our logo usage guidelines and (f) integrate the latest version of the Software Component into Your App with its next major release, unless there are reproducible speed, accuracy or stability issues with the latest version of the Software Component. If there are such issues, You will make Us aware of this promptly via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
