Your Property. 11.1 Whilst every effort is made to safeguard the Client’s property, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused during the Event. Nor can the Hotel be responsibility for the loss or damage to gifts or decorations that have been delivered to or handed over to a representative of the Hotel for storage. 11.2 The Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage except within the constraints of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.
