Your Plot. Use of the Allotment Gardens The allotment garden must be used by the Tenant and their family only and wholly or mainly for the production of vegetables, flowers and fruit crops for consumption by himself or his family. The allotment garden is not to be used for any form of business or trade whatsoever The Tenant shall clear and work 50% of the growing area within their allotment garden within the first 4 months of their tenancy and the remainder within the first 12 months of their tenancy. The Tenant shall keep the allotment garden clean, tidy and in good condition. The plot being dug over ready for planting, or with seasonal crop production evident. During the dormant season Sep-March a weed suppressant membrane may be used to control weed growth. A weed suppressant membrane or strimming is not considered a substitute for cultivation in the growing season Apr-Aug. Weed membrane used between Apr – Aug will be considered uncultivated ground when assessing plot cultivation. The plot must be kept free from weeds as far as is reasonably practicable and the spreading of weeds onto neighbouring plots is to be avoided. Grassed areas are permitted but may only form pathways, small seating or fruited areas. Grass is to be maintained to a height less than 10cm throughout the growing season. The spread of grass seeds should be prevented The tenant shall display the number of their plot in such a way as it is easily identifiable from the road. The Tenant shall not without the written consent of the Council cut any timber or other tress or take, sell or carry away any mineral, gravel, sand, soil or clay. Buildings and Structures The Tenant shall not erect any buildings or structures on the allotment garden without the written consent of the Parish Council. The Parish Council will generally consent to the construction of the following: No more than one shed for storing garden tools and incidental gardening materials - maximum size 1.8m by 2.4m. No more than one polycarbonate greenhouse - maximum size 1.8m by 2.4m. A polytunnel - maximum 30sq metres. No more than one Chicken House - maximum size 4m x 4m x 2.4m high. Cloches/cold frames/fruit cages etc. for the growing of fruits/vegetables/flowers should be made of plastic, polythene or similar materials. No glass is permitted.   • Your Children If your plan includes family coverage, each of your and your spouse’s children are eligible for coverage until the last day of the month in which they turn twenty-six (26). For purposes of determining eligibility for coverage, the term children means: • Natural children; • Step-children; • Legally adopted children; • Xxxxxx children who have been placed with you by an authorized placement agency or court order. A child for whom healthcare coverage is required through a Qualified Medical Child Support Order or other court or administrative order is also eligible for coverage. Your employer is responsible for determining if an order meets the criteria of a Qualified Medical Child Support Order. We may request more information from you to confirm your child’s eligibility. Disabled Dependents In accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-20-45, when your enrolled unmarried child reaches the maximum dependent age of twenty-six (26), he or she can continue to be considered an eligible dependent only if he or she is determined by us to be a disabled dependent. If you have an unmarried child of any age who is financially dependent upon you and medically determined to have a physical or mental impairment, which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, that child is an eligible disabled dependent under this agreement. Please contact our Customer Service Department, to obtain the necessary form to verify the child’s disabled status. Periodically you may be asked to submit additional documents to confirm the child’s disabled status.

We will include all the disclosures except for those about treatment, payment, and health care operations, and certain other disclosures (such as any you asked us to make). We’ll provide one accounting a year for free but will charge a reasonable, cost-based fee if you ask for another one within 12 months.  Get a copy of this privacy notice You can ask for a paper copy of this notice at any time, even if you have agreed to receive the notice electronically.
