Your participation. The success of the Step Two Forum is dependant on the active participation of all members. Membership is for a nominated individual(s). To gain the most value from the Forum, we ask you to: • consistently attend every workshop • actively contribute during each workshop and online • respect other peoples ideas and needs • contribute basic details about your organisation’s intranet or digital workplace as part of a ‘member summary’, including screenshots of key pages and your team’s current activities. • each member is encouraged to share their learning with the rest of their team and organisation, where needed other • members may be substituted at events Confidentiality and privacy As intranets and digital workplaces are by definition hidden from public view, it is important to protect the confidentiality and privacy of members and their sites. This includes: • never giving member details to a third party (including vendors), without the express permission of the member • not sharing other information, including any documents produced by the Forum, Step Two or outside of member organisations • ensuring that the Step Two reports and ‘how to guides’ are only used within your organisation • not sharing the member web site password with non-members As convenors of the Forum, Step Two will protect the privacy of members, and will not pass on details to any third party. Membership details • Forum membership is for one year, starting on the date membership form is submitted. • Membership is with a nominated ‘chapter’, membership can be transferred to another chapter as required. • Membership will automatically be renewed each year unless you advise otherwise. • Where a member cannot attend a meeting you may nominate an alternative participant. • Where job roles change or you leave the organisation please advise who you would like the membership transferred to. • Membership may be cancelled at any time, and we refund membership fees proportionally, based on the number of workshops attended. (For example, you will receive a 50% refund if you have attended 2 of the 4 workshops.) • If requested, we can put a membership ‘on hold’ if there is an extended period where no-one appropriate in the organisation is able to continue membership of the Forum. The period of the membership will resume once details of the replacement member have been provided. • We may use your organisations name (and logo) on the Step Two Forum website and other materials. Your participation. This Project involves the efforts of a considerable number of people, as well as significant financial resources. As a whole, the University’s undertaking is relatively high profile and must be completed in a reasonable time frame. By signing below, you agree to: • Comply with the development schedule that has been set for the Project; • Provide required materials when they are requested; • Attend Project meetings in which your input is required; • And provide timely feedback to the Instructional Design team.
Your participation. In some instances, we may ask you to participate in negotiations with a creditor. Your participation may include you joining our negotiators or representatives in communications with a creditor or, possibly, you communicating with a creditor directly. You are not required to participate in such negotiations. If you choose not to participate, we will discuss alternative strategies for settling that debt. You may request that we continue attempts to resolve the debt without your participation. You may also withdraw that debt from your FDR program at any time before it is settled with no charge to you. If you withdraw a debt, we will continue our efforts to settle the other debts in your FDR program. If we do ask for your participation in negotiations with a creditor, and you agree to participate, we will advise you throughout the process, and you agree to pay our settlement fee, as described in Subsection 5.a. below, if a settlement is reached and you approve that settlement.

There are two ways you can participate in the Program. You can make contributions either manually or automatically. You can make manual contributions by transferring funds from any of Your active deposit accounts to the account associated with a specific Initiative using the Bella app. You also can enroll for automatic contributions toward a preferred Theme. You can only use Karma account gift funds or Surprise Cashback rewards you receive to make automatic contributions. You can do this by setting configuration preferences in the Bella app to automatically transfer those funds into Your preferred Theme account immediately whenever You receive those types of deposits into Your account. You can start, stop or change your configuration preferences for automatic contributions at any time. But once a contribution is made (i.e., a funds transfer is completed), either manually or automatically, it cannot be reversed. Notices and Transaction Information. You will be notified of transfers of your donated funds to an Initiative account or Theme account via an account alert in the Bella app (if enabled) and text message (if enabled). The amount of each donation will be reflected as a transaction entry posted to your account and will appear on account statements and in account information available through the Bella app.

Access to our Services is at our sole discretion and contingent upon successful completion of onboarding processes, which includes verification of your identity and source of funds, as well as a sanctions list check and additional information we may request from time-to-time.

  • Joint Participation The parties hereto participated jointly in the negotiation and preparation of this Release, and each party has had the opportunity to obtain the advice of legal counsel and to review and comment upon the Release. Accordingly, it is agreed that no rule of construction shall apply against any party or in favor of any party. This Release shall be construed as if the parties jointly prepared this Release, and any uncertainty or ambiguity shall not be interpreted against one party and in favor of the other.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate. Defendant consents to entry of this Consent Decree without further notice and agrees not to withdraw from or oppose entry of this Consent Decree by the Court or to challenge any provision of the Decree, unless the United States has notified Defendant in writing that it no longer supports entry of the Decree.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:

  • Company Participation Subject to Section B.6, the Company shall not be liable to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement with regard to any judicial action if the Company was not given a reasonable and timely opportunity, at its expense, to participate in the defense, conduct and/or settlement of such action.

  • Continued Participation If Contractor elects to defend the claim, the City may retain separate counsel to participate in (but not control) the defense and to participate in (but not control) any settlement negotiations.

  • L/C Participations (a) The Issuing Lender irrevocably agrees to grant and hereby grants to each L/C Participant, and, to induce the Issuing Lender to issue Letters of Credit hereunder, each L/C Participant irrevocably agrees to accept and purchase and hereby accepts and purchases from the Issuing Lender, on the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, for such L/C Participant’s own account and risk an undivided interest equal to such L/C Participant’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage in the Issuing Lender’s obligations and rights under and in respect of each Letter of Credit issued hereunder and the amount of each draft paid by the Issuing Lender thereunder. Each L/C Participant unconditionally and irrevocably agrees with the Issuing Lender that, if a draft is paid under any Letter of Credit for which the Issuing Lender is not reimbursed in full by the Borrower through a Revolving Credit Loan or otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, such L/C Participant shall pay to the Issuing Lender upon demand at the Issuing Lender’s address for notices specified herein an amount equal to such L/C Participant’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the amount of such draft, or any part thereof, which is not so reimbursed.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • Equity Participation This Warrant is issued in connection with the Loan Agreement. It is intended that this Warrant constitute an equity participation under and pursuant to T.C.A. '47-24-101, et seq. and that equity participation be permitted under saxx xxxxxxes and not constitute interest on the Note. If under any circumstances whatsoever, fulfillment of any obligation of this Warrant, the Loan Agreement, or any other agreement or document executed in connection with the Loan Agreement, shall violate the lawful limit of any applicable usury statute or any other applicable law with regard to obligations of like character and amount, then the obligation to be fulfilled shall be reduced to such lawful limit, such that in no event shall there occur, under this Warrant, the Loan Agreement, or any other document or instrument executed in connection with the Loan Agreement, any violation of such lawful limit, but such obligation shall be fulfilled to the lawful limit. If any sum is collected in excess of the lawful limit, such excess shall be applied to reduce the principal amount of the Note.

  • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings. Such participation shall be voluntary.
