The "Your Assistance" clause requires one party, typically the client or customer, to provide reasonable cooperation and support to the other party, often the service provider, in order to facilitate the performance of contractual obligations. Your Assistance. Should you report a purported defect or error in an Offering, we may require you to provide us with the following information: (a) a general description of your operating environment; (b) a list of all hardware components, operating systems and networks; (c) a reproducible test case; and (d) any log files, trace and systems files. Your failure to provide this information may prevent us from identifying and fixing that purported defect.

Your Assistance. You must assist Us to disconnect supply and give Us and the Network Operator permission to enter the Supply Address to remove any property specified under this Contract which belongs to Us or the Network Operator. You must pay all reasonable costs associated with the disconnection of the supply of gas to You, regardless of whether the election was by You or Us unless the disconnection was as a result of an Emergency or planned maintenance, where there is a health or safety reason warranting disconnection (unless caused by You) or We are otherwise prohibited from charging You those costs.

Your Assistance. You acknowledge and agree that, in order to perform the Support in a full, efficient and timely manner, We will require Your reasonable assistance from time to time. Without limiting that general statement, You will, in a reasonable and timely manner not adversely impacting Our ability to perform the Support and as required by Us to properly carry out the Support, (a) provide Our personnel with ready access to Your premises and computer systems (including DNS and Your server access) subject always to your security policies and written authorization, and (b) meet or communicate with Us with respect to the performance of the Support at mutually-agreeable times to review the status and progress in outstanding Support issues.

We further reserve the right to alter Support Programs from time to time, using reasonable discretion, but in no event will such alterations, during the Term of any Order, result in diminished Support Services from the level of your applicable purchased Support Program.
