Landlord shall, after receipt of Tenant\u2019s request, notify Tenant in writing as to whether such installation, alteration or improvement may or may not remain in the Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. If Landlord so notifies Tenant that such installation, alteration, or improvement may remain in the Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord shall thereafter not be permitted to request or require that the same be removed at the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no obligation to remove any of Landlord\u2019s Work. Any property not so removed shall be deemed abandoned and, if Landlord so elects, deemed to be Landlord\u2019s property, and may be retained or removed and disposed of by Landlord in such manner as Landlord shall determine and Tenant shall pay Landlord the entire cost and expense incurred by it in effecting such removal and disposition and in making any incidental repairs and replacements to the Premises and for use and occupancy during the period after the expiration of the term and prior to its performance of its obligations under this subsection 6.1.9.
