Common use of Yield and Fees Clause in Contracts

Yield and Fees. (a) On each Yield and Fee Payment Date, the Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent for distribution to each Purchaser and the Administrative Agent certain fees (collectively, the “Fees”) in the amounts set forth in the fee letter agreements from time to time entered into, among the Seller, the Purchasers and/or the Administrative Agent (each such fee letter agreement, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, collectively being referred to herein as the “Fee Letter”).

Yield and Fees. (a) On each Yield and Fee Payment Settlement Date, the Seller shall pay to the Administrative Agent for distribution to each Purchaser and the Administrative Agent certain fees (collectively, the “Fees”) in the amounts set forth in the fee letter agreements from time to time entered into, among the Seller, the Purchasers and/or the Administrative Agent (each such fee letter agreement, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, collectively being referred to herein as the “Fee Letter”).
