Yearly Increase. All Faculty members will advance to the next higher salary step on the salary scale in their category until the maximum annual salary is attained.
Yearly Increase. The ad valorem real property tax allocation shall be the same if the yearly tax amount is increased due to improvements. The most current tax ▇▇▇▇ shall be attached hereto as Exhibit B. Any further leasing of greenhouse space by Tenant in the future shall reflect a corresponding increase in Tenant’s tax liability.
