Common use of Yard Trimmings Clause in Contracts

Yard Trimmings. 9 Any vegetative matter resulting from normal yard and landscaping maintenance 10 that is not more than five (5) feet in its longest dimension or six (6) inches in diameter or 11 weighs more than sixty (60) pounds and any natural Christmas tree regardless of size 12 and weight. Yard Trimmings includes sod; plant debris including palm, yucca and 13 cactus; grass clippings, leaves, pruning, weeds, branches, brush, Christmas trees, and 14 other forms of horticultural waste and must be generated at the Service Unit from which 15 the Yard Trimmings are collected. Yard Trimmings do not include items defined as 16 Exempt Waste.
