Xxxxxxx Maintenance. To clarify possible ambiguity in Lease Paragraph 25(b), Lessee and Lessor hereby agree that Lessor’s maintenance obligations include exterior lighting and exterior loading areas and exclude any interior lighting or interior loading areas.

Xxxxxxx Maintenance. The Client understands that once the website is completed and installed to the Clients web space the Client takes on the responsibility of maintaining all aspects the website such as text, images, video, etc. Lidoma Design will provide a list of Content Management System (CMS) which will assist the Client in maintaining the site. The Client is responsible for the cost of the CMS. Client Design will make changes to the site per the Clients request which will be billed at the rate of Lidoma Design.
Xxxxxxx Maintenance. Purchaser shall allow Seller to maintain, at no cost to Seller, the damaged xxxxxxx referenced in Section 1(g)(xi) above until such time as the litigation referenced in Schedule 5(e) is concluded, so long as such maintenance (and removal as provided below) does not directly or indirectly interfere with the Drilling Business to be operated by Purchaser after the Closing Date. Xxxxxxx Maintenance. This Warranty assumes that Buyer will perform routine and customary maintenance to the Dwelling. Xxxxxxx Maintenance. We shall provide the support and maintenance ser- vices, if any, as separately purchased by You and specified in the applicable Or- der Form. Such support and maintenance shall be provided pursuant to our standard service terms which are available upon request to us. Our Suppliers may provide additional support services under separate written agreement, but we are not responsible for any such support unless being a contracting party.

  • Operation and Maintenance 17.1 O&M obligations of the Concessionaire

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.
