Xxxxx Schedule. The work period for employees assigned to a Xxxxx schedule consists of-nine (9), twenty-four-hour shifts within a 27-calendar day "FLSA cycle". Each shift shall begin at 0730 hours and shall end 24 hours later, at 0730 the following morning. For the purposes of FLSA compliance, a 27 day work "FLSA cycle", consisting of 204 hours is effective, commencing 0730 hours, April 14, 1986. The Xxxxx schedule shall be suspended while the 48/96 schedule is in place.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement.   • Progress Schedule The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement.

  • Pay Schedule 48.1 The regularly scheduled payday shall be bi-weekly, every other Thursday.
