Xxxxx Management. Lessee is required to receive approval from Lessor prior to an instillation, removal or modification of Lessee’s communication/telephone/computer equipment (including but not limited to voice mail, servers, UPS, etc.) by outside vendor hired by Lessee or Lessee’s personnel, to the extent such work occurs in or effects Lessee’s premises and the building electrical room, telephone closet or other such facilities within the project.
Xxxxx Management. The Liquidation Trust will be managed by personnel with responsibilities as designated by the Board. Management personnel will be initially designated or approved by the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee, and the Consenting Claimants and thereafter will serve at the discretion of the Board.
Xxxxx Management. Xxxx shall be President of Vita Holdings and Halifax and a member of the Board of Directors of Halifax so long as he remains employed pursuant to the Employment Agreement. The Board of Directors of VFP shall appoint Xxxx as a director until the next annual meeting of VFP. In addition, VFP shall nominate and support Xxxx for election as a director at such annual meeting, subject to regulatory requirements with respect to independent directors.

Xxxxx Management. District shall contract with Sonoma County Water Agency as a subrecipient of any USBR WaterSMART grants designated toward construction of the Project. Grant funding from other sources is anticipated. District shall use the revenues from the grants to offset the County’s financial obligations under this AGREEMENT. District shall be responsible for all reimbursement requests under the grant programs and will assume responsibility for all reporting requirements under them.
