Common use of Xxxxx 0 Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx 0. 7.2.2.2.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Xxxxx 0, xx/xxx may, within ten (10) days, appeal the decision in writing on the appropriate grievance form (see Appendix C-2) to the Superintendent. The written appeal request shall include a copy of the original grievance, the decisions rendered, and a clear, concise statement of the reasons for the appeal.
