Common use of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Xxxxxxx. Seller shall furnish, upon Xxxxx’s request, waivers by Seller and all other persons entitled to assert any lien rights in connection with the performance of this Purchase Order.

Xxxx Xxxxxxx. Seller shall furnish, upon Xxxxx’s request, waivers by Seller Xxxxxx and all other persons entitled to assert any lien rights in connection with the performance of this Purchase Orderorder.

Xxxx Xxxxxxx. Seller shall furnish, upon Xxxxx’s request, waivers by Seller and all other persons that may be entitled to assert any lien rights in connection with the performance of this Purchase Order, and shall indemnify Buyer against all costs, loss or liability incurred by Buyer as a result of any failure by Seller or any other person under the direct or control of Seller to comply with the provisions of this Section #11.
