Xxxx Xxxx Convention. 2.1 The Convention and the Protocol shall be read and interpreted together as a single instrument as required by Article 6(1) of the Convention. Xxxx Xxxx Convention. The Grantor and the Administrative Agent agree that for all purposes of the Cape Town Convention, (i) this Aircraft Security Agreement constitutes a separate “international interest” (as defined in the Cape Town Convention, herein an “International Interest”) with respect to each Airframe, (ii) each Airframe constitutes an “aircraft object” (as defined in the Cape Town Convention, herein an “Aircraft Object”), and (iii) this Aircraft Security Agreement constitutes an agreement for registration of an International Interest with respect to each Airframe.
