Xxxx Auction. BOEM will hold a Mock Auction that is open only to qualified bidders who have met the requirements and deadlines for auction participation, including submission of the bid deposit. The Mock Auction is intended to give bidders an opportunity to clarify auction rules, test the functionality of the auction software, and identify any potential issues that may arise during the auction. Final details of the Mock Auction will be provided in the FSN.

Xxxx Auction. BOEM will hold a Mock Auction on May 6, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EDT. The Mock Auction will be held online. BOEM will contact each bidder that has timely submitted a BFF and bid deposit and provide instructions for participation. Only bidders that have timely submitted BFFs and bid deposits may participate in the Mock Auction.

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.
