L. 107-56 (signed into law as of October 26, 2001)) (as amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, the “Act”), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrowers, which information includes the name and address of each Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender or LC Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to identify such Borrower in accordance with the Act.

Each Lender of the Swingline Bank, the Lenders and the LC Issuing Bank Banks hereby notifies the Borrowers Borrower that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act (Title III of Pub.
