Formulation Tablets may be halved. Contraindications Cardiovascular disease including moderate to severe hypertension, structural cardiac abnormalities, advanced arteriosclerosis, hyper-excitability or agitated states, hyperthyroidism, history of drug or alcohol abuse. Cautions Mild hypertension, anorexia, psychosis or bipolar disorder, monitor for aggression and hostility during initial treatment, history of epilepsy, tics and Tourette syndrome, monitor growth in children, susceptibility to angle-closure glaucoma, avoid abrupt withdrawal, acute porphyria.
