Xcode Server. U mag de functie Xcode Server van de Apple software gebruiken voor uw eigen persoonlijke doeleinden, of voor intern gebruik binnen uw bedrijf of organisatie. Als voorwaarde voor het gebruik van de functie Xcode Server verklaart u en garandeert u aan Apple dat u (en iedere gebruiker van een clientcomputer die u namens u toegang tot Xcode Server verleent) beschikt over de vereiste licenties om gebruik te maken van de toepasselijke diensten, voorzieningen of functionaliteit van Xcode, de Apple SDK’s en/of de Apple Developer Program-account via Xcode Server (u stemt er bijvoorbeeld mee in dat u ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ van uw Apple Developer Program-team toegang verleent tot uw Apple Developer-certificaten die in Xcode Server zijn opgeslagen). U zegt toe toezicht te zullen houden op en verantwoordelijkheid te zullen nemen voor dergelijk gebruik door alle gebruikers van clientcomputers die u toegang tot Xcode Server verleent, en de naleving door deze gebruikers van de voorwaarden van deze licentie en andere toepasselijke licentieovereenkomsten.
Xcode Server. Puede utilizar la función Xcode Server del Software Apple para su propio uso personal o para uso interno de su empresa u organización. No podrá proporcionar un servicio a terceros que aproveche o se integre con los servicios o la información proporcionados por Xcode Server o use esta función de otro modo. Como condición para usar la función Xcode Server del Software Apple, usted declara y garantiza a Apple que usted (y cualquier usuario de un ordenador cliente al que permita el acceso a Xcode Server en su nombre) cuenta con la licencia adecuada para utilizar los servicios, prestaciones o funciones aplicables de Xcode, el kit de desarrollo de software de iOS o una cuenta del Programa para desarrolladores de Apple a través de Xcode Server (por ejemplo, usted acepta que cualquier usuario que intente acceder a los certificados de desarrolladores de Apple almacenados en Xcode Server deberá ser miembro de su equipo del programa para desarrolladores de Apple). Xcode Server. You may use the Xcode Server feature of the Apple Software for your own personal use or for internal use within your company or organization. You may not provide a service to third parties that integrates with or leverages services or information provided by Xcode Server or uses the Xcode Server feature in any way. As a condition to using the Xcode Server feature of the Apple Software, you represent and warrant to Apple that you (and any user of a client-computer that you permit to access Xcode Server on your behalf) are appropriately licensed to use the applicable services, features or functionality of Xcode, the iOS SDK and/or the Apple Developer Program account accessed through Xcode Server (e.g., you agree that anyone attempting to gain access to your Apple Developer certificates stored on Xcode Server must be a member of your Apple Developer Program team). You agree to monitor and will be responsible for all such use by any user of a client-computer that you permit to access Xcode Server and their compliance with the terms of this License and other applicable license agreements.
Xcode Server. If You access the Xcode Server feature of the Apple Software (e.g., via the command line tools), then You may use the Xcode Server feature for Your own personal use or within Your company or organization, but solely for Your own internal testing and development purposes. You may not provide a service to any other party that integrates with or leverages services or information provided by Xcode Server or uses the Xcode Server feature in any way. As a condition of using the Xcode Server feature of the Apple Software, You represent and warrant to Apple that You (and any user of a client-computer that You permit to access Xcode Server on Your behalf) are appropriately licensed to use the applicable services, features or functionality of the Xcode Developer Tools, the Apple SDKs and/or the Apple Developer Program account and associated resources accessed through Xcode Server (e.g., anyone attempting to gain access to Your Apple Developer certificates stored on Xcode Server must be a member of Your paid Apple Developer Program account team). You agree to monitor and will be responsible for all such use by any user of a client-computer that You permit to access Xcode Server and their compliance with the terms of this Agreement and other applicable license agreements.
