  • (p) means that the use is permitted by the Scheme providing the use complies with the relevant development standards and the requirements of the Scheme; ‘D’ means that the use is not permitted unless the local government has exercised its discretion by granting planning approval; ‘A’ means that the use is not permitted unless the local government has exercised its discretion by granting planning approval after giving special notice in accordance with clause 3.3; ‘X’ means the use is not permitted by the Scheme.

  • M1 is the calendar month, expressed as a number, in which the first day of the Interest Period falls;

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.

  • IO means a mutually agreed insertion order that incorporates these Terms, under which Media Company will deliver Ads on Sites for the benefit of Agency or Advertiser.

  • HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.

  • Pass Through Certificates means the pass through certificates issued by the Pass Through Trusts (and any other pass through certificates for which such pass through certificates may be exchanged).

  • NI 52-107 means National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles, Auditing Standards and Reporting Currency;

  • NI 52-109 means National Instrument 52-109 – Certification of Disclosure in Issuers’ Annual and Interim Filings;

  • (m) wages means the stipend payable to an apprentice under Section 13(1) of the Apprentices Act, 1961,";

  • (r) means the lawful currency of Brazil.

  • NI 52-110 means National Instrument 52-110 – Audit Committees.

  • IIA means the Israeli Innovation Authority (previously known as the Office of Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Israel or the OCS).
