Common use of Written Waiver Clause in Contracts

Written Waiver. Whenever any written notice is required to be given pursuant to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (“DLLCA”) or this Agreement, a waiver of such notice in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to the notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice. Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, the meeting shall be required to be specified in the waiver of notice of the meeting.
