Common use of Written Notice Required Clause in Contracts

Written Notice Required. If a third party requestor seeks from the Contractor the Sensitive Personal Information of an In-home Caregiver, or the Contractor intends to release or disclose the Sensitive Personal Information of an In-home Caregiver for any other reason not related to a third party request, the Contractor shall give notice to DCYF of such request and/or the Contractor’s intent to release or disclose such information.
