Common use of Written Notice of Termination Clause in Contracts

Written Notice of Termination. The Employee, for Employee’s own convenience, may terminate this Agreement during its term by giving prior written notice to the University. Such termination shall be effective no earlier than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the written notice unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. Such termination by the Employee must occur at a time outside the Program’s team’s playing season and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ periods, as defined by the NCAA, so as to minimize the impact of such termination upon the Program.
