The party desiring to terminate this Agreement pursuant to clause (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j) or (k) of Section 7.1 shall give written notice of such termination to the other party in accordance with Section 8.5, specifying the provision or provisions hereof pursuant to which such termination is effected.
