Written Determination. The Adjudicator must deliver a written determination which sets out the reasons for the determination and the findings of fact on which the determination is based.

Written Determination. In recommending an employee for SLRP, a supervisor will make a determination in writing, based on specific case justification, that the employee meets all criteria required by law and regulation. The employee must provide all necessary information to justify consideration. The Commission will make its determination on a recommendation for repayment of a student loan in a timely manner. Approval may be for repayment for more than one loan for the same individual.

Written Determination. All determinations by the Committee as to the establishment of performance goals or potential individual Performance Awards and as to the achievement of performance goals relating to Performance Awards under Section 7 shall be made in writing in the case of any award intended to qualify under Section 162(m) of the Code.

Written Determination. After the conclusion of the hearing, the representative shall submit a written report to the Administrator setting forth a brief statement of facts found to be true, a determination of the issues presented, conclusions, and recommendations whether to uphold, modify or reverse the Administrator’s original decision, action or determination. Upon receipt of the written report, the Administrator shall make their determination and shall issue their decision and order within thirty (30) calendar days of the hearing by their designee. The written decision and order of the Administrator shall be sent by certified mail to the appellant or its legal counsel/representative at the appellant’s Business address.
