Common use of Written Assignment Clause in Contracts

Written Assignment. Any such transfer shall be by a written instrument of assignment, the terms of which are not in contravention of any of the provisions of this Agreement, and which has been duly executed by the Owner and acknowledged by the General Partner in writing. Upon such acknowledgement, such Assignee shall take subject to all terms of this Agreement and shall become an Assignee.
